Once these are identified, we develop training plans, whether for individuals or teams, junior staff or Board Directors, to ensure everyone is equipped with the skills to help the business achieve its goals.
Where we have the expertise in-house, we will design, and in many cases deliver, bespoke training programmes. Otherwise, we source specialist training providers to design and deliver the training, and work with them to ensure that any training programme meets our clients’ needs.
We can also offer advice on grant access to support training and development plans.
Finally, we appreciate that good training and development is a significant investment, and we always undertake follow up evaluation, to ensure that our clients achieve a worthwhile return.
