Brian Barnett
Brian is the founding partner of Keylink Partnership. A management consultant for 19 years, Brian has provided consultancy, guidance and training to a diverse range of clients, on a local, national and international level. Brian has worked with an extensive client base in both public and private sectors and his sectoral expertise includes engineering, construction, defence, electronics, packaging, textiles, financial services, health, education, software and retail.
A chartered engineer, Brian’s early career was with Hewlett Packard, where he was latterly Operations Manager undertaking senior roles in product and process design and manufacturing.

Jill Hepburn
Jill specialises in HR consultancy, as well as using her strong operational background to advise clients on business improvement and tailored management development programmes.
Jill is an HR generalist, with a comprehensive understanding of all the main disciplines of human resource management – employee resourcing, development, relations and reward. She achieved her professional CIPD qualification in 2001 and is a Chartered Member of the Institute. Her early career was in a variety of management positions in the hotel and retail industries in Scotland, where she gained invaluable experience, putting all her people management theory into practice.
Jill is also a lecturer in HR modules for several degree courses within the business school at Glasgow University.

Douglas McDonald
Douglas specialises in financial management training, and is also a Chartered Accountant with his own private practice. He has extensive commercial experience of providing both financial and management consultancy to SMEs in sectors including engineering, construction, manufacturing, financial services, education, leisure and tourism, building services and telecoms.
Douglas’s experience also includes many years as a Business Development Executive with the Scottish Development Agency (now Scottish Enterprise) in Strathclyde West. Douglas completed his CA training with Thornton Baker in Glasgow (now Grant Thornton), where he worked within a broad range of industries in Scotland, including the whisky, motoring and transport industries, both as a CA and management consultant.
