The process always begins with agreeing a set of objectives with the client, so everyone is clear about what you want to achieve from the activity. Thereafter we will design a bespoke workshop, or series of workshops, to meet these objectives. We manage the workshop on the day, ensuring that the event is practical and energetic, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute. And we always undertake follow-up evaluation, to quantify what has been achieved, and determine whether any further action is needed.
